Carrot Rip Art
Are carrots your child’s favorite veggie from the garden? Let them recreate their favorite vegetable in art form.
Supplies:
Orange and green paper, scissors and large white paper.
Step 1: Trace your child’s hand. I did it three times. Then cut the hands out. My son needed help cutting the hand out also.
Step 2: Start ripping orange paper into small pieces.
Step 3: Glue the pieces on the sheet. I drew a carrot outline so it was easier for him to know where to glue. Have the child overlap the pieces too.
Step 4: Glue handprints for greenery on carrot.
