Kale seems to be the “in” veggie right now (if there is such a thing)! It is definitely one of my favorite “go to’s” for our family meals. In the latest video for my web series, Aviva Goldfarb of the Six O’Clock Scramble shares a quick, easy, and healthy recipe for a colorful kale salad. I’ve included the ingredients that you will need below.
Kale Salad Recipe Ingredients:
1 bunch of kale (Aviva recommends flatter vs curlier)
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
